Privacy Policy

1.Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data — your name, email address, and the LinkedIn company page you connect.
• Content you create — campaigns, drafted posts, prospects you add, outreach drafts, and related settings.
• Prospect data you provide — names, LinkedIn URLs, companies, and notes you choose to add. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process this.
• Usage & technical data — log data, IP address, device/browser information, used for security and to operate the service.
• Billing data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, see, or store your full card number or security code; we only retain Stripe identifiers (customer and subscription IDs).

2.How we use your data

• Provide and operate the platform and your account.
• Draft content with AI on your behalf (see “AI processing” below).
• Manage your subscription, trial, and billing via Stripe.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3.Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to deliver the service and billing); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service); your consent (where we ask for it); and compliance with legal obligations.

4.AI processing & your content

Drafts are generated with Anthropic’s Claude models accessed through AWS Bedrock, run within our AWS region. Your prompts and content are not used to train third-party AI models. Generation is always human-in-the-loop: nothing is published or sent without your explicit approval.

5.LinkedIn data

You connect LinkedIn through its official OAuth flow. We only access the permissions you authorize, we never scrape LinkedIn, and we respect LinkedIn’s API terms and rate limits. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access going forward.

6.Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising. We use a small number of sub-processors who process data on our behalf under contract: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and Anthropic via AWS Bedrock (AI inference). 7.International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted with AWS. Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers’ certifications.

8.Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example billing records) to meet legal obligations. You can export your campaigns, prospects, and posts as CSV at any time.

9.Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@prosperise.io. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

10.Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies (for authentication and keeping you signed in). We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

11.Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and encrypted storage of LinkedIn tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

12.Children

Prosperise is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. Do not use the service if you are under 16.
