Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Prosperise (prosperise.io). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Prosperise on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
1.The service
Prosperise helps you plan, draft, and manage LinkedIn authority content and outreach, with AI assistance via AWS Bedrock. Generation is always human-in-the-loop: drafts wait for your approval, and nothing is published or sent automatically. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, leads, or business outcome.
2.Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 16 and use the service for legitimate business purposes. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3.Connecting LinkedIn & acceptable use
You connect LinkedIn through its official OAuth flow and authorize only the permissions shown. You agree to comply with LinkedIn’s User Agreement and applicable laws, and you must not use Prosperise to scrape, send unsolicited bulk messages, harass, deceive, or otherwise violate third-party terms or law. We respect LinkedIn’s API limits and operate on official APIs only.
4.Plans, free trial & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. A free trial of 14 days is available, and a valid payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan at the price shown at checkout and renews each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Prices may exclude applicable taxes. For EU cards, Strong Customer Authentication is applied by Stripe.
5.Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will not renew. Except where required by law (including mandatory consumer-protection rights), fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods. You can export your campaigns, prospects, and posts as CSV at any time.
6.Your content & AI output
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process it to operate the service. AI drafts are suggestions that you must review before acting on them. You are solely responsible for the content you approve, publish, or send, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with the rules of any platform on which you use it.
7.Intellectual property
Prosperise, including its software, design, and trademarks, belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
8.Third-party services
The service relies on third parties — including LinkedIn, Stripe, Amazon Web Services, and Anthropic (via AWS Bedrock). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or availability.
9.Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Prosperise against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights or terms.
12.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13.Changes
We may update the service and these Terms. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14.Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your governing-law jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to its competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions: legal@prosperise.io.
