Will this get my LinkedIn account restricted?+
No — and we work hard to keep it that way. We stay within LinkedIn's official API rate limits (with a safety buffer) and never use unofficial scraping or automation. Messaging defaults to a manual-send flow until your LinkedIn messaging partnership is approved.
Does anything publish without my approval?+
No. Every AI-drafted post waits for your approval — you tap approve in the mobile or web app — before anything can go out. Same for outreach messages. The architecture enforces this — there is no auto-publish path.
Which AI model do you use?+
Claude Sonnet 4, accessed via AWS Bedrock. Your prompts and our system instructions never leave your AWS region. We don't use a third-party AI API key.
What if I cancel mid-month?+
You keep access until the end of the billing period. Export your campaigns, prospects, and posts as CSV at any time. We don't hold your data hostage.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?+
Generation pauses before spend runs away. You can buy a one-time credit pack from Billing or upgrade to a higher package for a larger monthly allowance.
Can I bring my own LinkedIn API credentials?+
Yes — Authority Studio customers can provide their own OAuth app and Marketing Developer Platform credentials. Studio and Operator use our shared OAuth app (you still authorize per-account).
